1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • 180 – Day Return Window: You can apply for a refund within 180 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Quality – Related Issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will process a refund without adhering to the condition requirements above. Reach out to our support team at [email protected], and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

2. Return Process

  • Contact Our Support Team: To initiate a refund, send an email to [email protected]. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant pictures. Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.
  • Shipping the Item Back: Once you receive the RA number, pack the item securely with all original accessories and documentation. You’re responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Address for Returns: Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization email.

3. Refund Processing

  • Inspection of Returned Items: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 business days. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll proceed with the refund.
  • Refund Timeline: Your refund will be processed within 5 – 10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we’ll issue store credit.

4. Exceptions

  • Custom – Made or Personalized Items: These items are non – returnable and non – refundable, unless they’re defective or incorrect.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except as required by law.
